Cancellation Policy

I require a minimum 48 hours notice for cancellation of your scheduled services in order to avoid a cancellation fee.  Clients cancelling with less than 48 hours of your scheduled appointment time will be required to pay 25% of the services reserved in order to continue to book services with me.  Clients cancelling 24 hours or less of the scheduled appointment time will be required to pay 50% of the services reserved in order to continue to book services with me.

Please note that cancellations need to be made via phone call or text not via email, Facebook, Instagram or other form of communication.

I also reserve the right to cancel all future appointments if there is even one no show.

Late Arrivals

If you think you may be late for your appointment, please call me and let me know.  I will call or text any late client 15 minutes into their scheduled start time, but if I have not been able to contact you, your appointment time will be opened up to my cancellation list and may be given away to clients waiting to see me.  If you show up late your services may be altered to fit the remaining scheduled appointment time and if you are more than 15 minutes late your appointment will be forfeited.  If either of these happen you will still be responsible for the FULL AMOUNT of the services booked.

No Shows

If you do not show up or call after your scheduled appointment time you will be subject to pay the FULL AMOUNT of the services reserved.  You will also be required to have a credit card on file with Amber to secure any further bookings.  Clients who no show more than 1 time will have to prepay in full for their services while scheduling the appointment.

Refunds

I have a no refund policy.  I offer complimentary fixes within 7 days of the service completion, no exceptions.

Lengthy Services 

Any booking spanning more than 3 hours or group bookings like hair extensions or major color correction must be secured with a booking fee.  This fee is 50% of the total estimated value of the services.  This booking fee can be paid via phone with any major credit card or in person during business hours at a predetermined time.  This fee is non refundable.  In the event of cancellations or no shows the credit card will be charged as outlined in my policies above.  Please do not bring your children with you to a lengthy appointment as the salon is a dangerous place and my space is very limited.

Privacy Policy

I don't collect personal data from you, unless you sign up for my newsletter, then I collect your first name and your email address. 

 

No animals allowed on the premises at any time except those for service purposes
